Cancellation terms:
Cancellations without penalty according to following conditions:

12 weeks prior to arrival for meetings above 150 rooms/persons.

|
8 weeks prior to arrival for meetings between 50 and 150 rooms/persons.
|
|
•
|
|
6 weeks prior to arrival for meetings less than 50 rooms/persons.
|
For cancellations later than the following terms, full payment will be charged according to agreed price. For cancellations within the terms, a refund of the deposit will be made.
